Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. HookMojo never stores your full card number or bank details on our servers. All billing pages use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Data privacy
We collect only the information needed to run your account and generate hooks. We do not sell your data, do not use your product inputs to train shared models, and do not share your content with other users.

Access & authentication
Accounts are secured with email/password authentication managed by Lovable Cloud auth. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Use a strong, unique password and keep your login email private.

Hosting & integrations
HookMojo runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure, backed by Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payments. These providers supply their own security and availability controls. The HookMojo team manages app-level access, code reviews, and deployment practices.

Refund policy & fair use
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days — no forms, no calls. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
